By accessing and using the Vortel platform at vortel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. Vortel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use its digital water-energy supervision platform for internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the platform. Unauthorized use may terminate this license automatically.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the Vortel system for hydraulic monitoring and AI forecasting. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Vortel applies AI to technical data; however, you acknowledge that forecasts and performance indicators are for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for operational decisions.

All content, features, and functionality on the Vortel platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Vortel or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Vortel" name and logo are trademarks of Vortel.

The materials on Vortel's platform are provided "as is". Vortel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Vortel does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its platform. In no event shall Vortel be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the Vortel platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
